The Trend Micro Backend Team identified the root cause of the issue and implemented restorative corrective actions. The issue has been fixed on 2024.6.7 11:50 AM (UTC+0).
The cause is identified with the Spam Pattern Version 28436.007.
If Graymail Filter is not enabled then the Mail Protection is not affected.
