Trend Micro will officially drop support of the following Trend Micro products with macOS 10.15 (Catalina) in the following dates.

After the above mentioned EOS dates, customers who retain using macOS 10.15 (Catalina) will expect the following:
- The security agent will continue to run on the mentioned operating system and receive pattern updates and may stop at any time after the date with no notice.
- Security agents currently installed will not receive further program upgrades.
- Fresh install of the security agent will be blocked with the following messages:
- Trend Vision One:
"Deprecated macOS Detected" - Trend Micro Apex One and Apex One as a Service, Worry-Free Business Security and Trend Micro Cloud One:
"Unable to install the Trend Micro Security Agent. macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later is required for Security Agent installation"
- Trend Vision One:
The decision has been made due to Apple stopping security updates for macOS 10.15 (Catalina) in 2022. With security placed as a priority, Trend Micro highly urges customers to upgrade to versions still in service status by the developer to continuously receive OS enhancements so as security agent updates and hotfixes.
