If a customer needs to change the account name in Trend Vision One, they can do so by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Trend Vision One Security Console.
  2. Go to EasyFix and select 'Manage Trend Vision One User Account'.
  3. Select 'Modify Root Account'.
  4. Change the username to the desired name.
  5. Click Save.
