If agents disappear from the web console after renewing your license, you may do the following:
- Check if the license was renewed before the grace period.
If the license was renewed after the grace period (License Expiration Date + 61 days), the WFBS-SVC account will be completely removed from the database, resulting in agents being purged from the web console. For reference, you may refer to What happens when your Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC) license expires?;
- To re-establish the connection of the agents to the WFBS-SVC server, use the Install Link by Group feature of WFBS-SVC.
This feature allows you to send a magic link, enabling the agents to reconnect to the WFBS-SVC server and appear again in the web console.
