Procedures:
Security Management System (SMS)
- Log in to the SMS from a client.
- Select Devices > All Devices.
- Right-click on the desired "device" and select "Export TSR..."
- When the export is completed, the file will be downloaded to your local Downloads directory.
- Attach the report file to your case.
Threat Protection System (TPS)
- Log in to the TPS Local Security Manager (LSM) from your browser.
- Select Tools > Tech Support Report.
- In the "Tech Support Report Options" section, select your options.
- Click Create Report, the Tech Support Report is created.
- Click Export to download a tar.zip file of the report to your local Downloads directory.
- Attach the report file to your case.
