Security Management System (SMS)

  1. Log in to the SMS from a client.
  2. Select Devices > All Devices.
  3. Right-click on the desired "device" and select "Export TSR..."
  4. When the export is completed, the file will be downloaded to your local Downloads directory.
  5. Attach the report file to your case.

Threat Protection System (TPS)

  1. Log in to the TPS Local Security Manager (LSM) from your browser.
  2. Select Tools > Tech Support Report.
  3. In the "Tech Support Report Options" section, select your options.
  4. Click Create Report, the Tech Support Report is created.
  5. Click Export to download a tar.zip file of the report to your local Downloads directory.
  6. Attach the report file to your case.
