The SA is not showing in the Security Server console and its GUID field is blank.

To check if the GUID field is blank, right-click on the Security Agent icon in the system tray and click on Component Versions.

To resolve the issue, do the following:
- Open the Registry Editor:
- Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter
- Navigate to the Registry Key:
- Update the SA and wait for a few minutes for the GUID to be generated correctly.
- Verify the GUID Field is filled and check if the agent is showing in the Security Server Console.
