Summary

An issue is encountered where Outgoing emails are bounced resulting from an SPF PermError in Trend Micro Email Security (TMEMS).
Upon migrating to TMEMS, users may find "spf.hes.trendmicro.com" in their SPF records.
Since Hosted Email Security (HES) has already ended its support, "spf.hes.trendmicro.com" returns a null entry causing the SPF PermError.

To check your SPF record, you can use MX Toolbox.

If "spf.hes.trendmicro.com" exists in your SPF record, it is recommended to remove this to prevent these issues.
