The following are the options for uninstalling the Security Agent from Windows devices:

 
Uninstalling the Security Agent leaves endpoint devices vulnerable to malware threats.

Uninstalling the WFBS agent from the Web console

  1. Logon to your WFBS console.
  2. Go to Devices tab.

  3. To uninstall the security agent, select a group and then tick the checkbox to select the agent.

  4. Click More > Uninstall Agent.

  5. A new screen will appear, click Uninstall the selected agent(s).

  6. Click Apply.

  1. Go to Control Panel > Programs.

  2. Under Programs click Uninstall a program.

  3. Locate Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Agent and click Uninstall.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  1. Open a command line interface and run it as an administrator.
  2. Go to the directory of the security agent. Use the following command line:

    cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Security Agent

  3. After going to the directory. Uninstall the agent using these command line:

    PccNtMon.exe -m [configured security agent uninstall password]
