Impact during maintenance period
- New customers will be unable to create new product instances during the maintenance period.
- Existing customers will be unable to update/deploy endpoint policies or settings during the maintenance period.
- Downtime for each product instance is expected to be around 3 hours within the maintenance period.
- All endpoints with Security Agent installed are still protected during the maintenance period.
- Trend Vision One Endpoint component updates follows the ring deployment approach from the batch 2 maintenance date and will be completed gradually as long as the endpoint is online.
