To start the activation process:

1. Open the license certificate and click the Activation link and it will redirect you to the Trend Micro Activation Service page.
2. Select My business has Primary User Account if you have an existing Primary User Account. If you do not have an account yet, select My business does not have a Primary User Account.

   It is recommended to use the credentials of your existing Trend Vision One or CLP account to consolidate all your Trend Micro products into a single account. Creating a new account when you already have an existing one will create duplicate company records and disrupt data flow to your Trend Vision One console.
3. Provide the following information required to register an Account: First name, Last name, Email address, and password, and then click Verify Email.

   An email containing a verification code will be sent to the registered email address.

4. Enter the verification code and click Submit to continue with the activation process.

5. Provide the Business Name and the Country/Region of the Account.

6. Acknowledge the Trend Micro Agreement, Privacy Notice, and Data Collection Notice by ticking the checkbox and then clicking Activate.

7. Once you have successfully logged in, Data Center location will be automatically selected based on the Data Center Region of your Worry-Free Services Instance (US, EU). Click Provision Console to proceed.

8. Wait for the provisioning process to complete.

9. Once done, user will be redirected to Trend Vision One web console > Administration > License Information. Click Open Console to single sign-on to Worry-Free Business Security Services web console.
