Objectives:
- Trend Micro Cloud Endpoint Telemetry Service will be removed.
- CETASvc.exe process (version 1.1.0.1341 and earlier) will no longer exist.
- The directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Endpoint Basecamp\modules\ceta will be migrated to C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Endpoint Basecamp\modules\vom\modules\Ceta.
