Procedure
- On the Homepage, click Register an Account.

- Select to register with Activation Code or Certificate Number.

- Enter your valid AC code or Cert Number, then click Next step.

- Once the validation passed, follow these steps to complete the registration.
- Fill in all required information needed then, click Next Step.

- Choose a support region and preferred timezone from the drop-down lists. Tick the checkbox beside "I have read and agreed on the Terms and Condition" before clicking Submit.

- A successful registration will display the dialog box below.

- The registered email should receive a welcome letter. Follow the instructions to set up a new password and once done the customer can start using the Business Success Portal.

The process of registering an account and adding a user account for a company are the same.
Upon registration the system will check the Activation code (AC) if it has been used by a domain/company before. If you register an account with an existing AC, that account will be added to the existing company/domain.
