Procedure

 

 

  1. On the Homepage, click Register an Account.

    Register an Account

  2. Select to register with Activation Code or Certificate Number.

    Select Registration Method

  3. Enter your valid AC code or Cert Number, then click Next step.

    If an error message displays, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

    • The AC or Cert number of the asset has expired.
    • The AC or Cert number of the asset does not exist in D365.
    • If customers used VPN, it may not be able to pass the google reCAPTCHA v3.
  4. Once the validation passed, follow these steps to complete the registration.
    1. Fill in all required information needed then, click Next Step.

    2. Choose a support region and preferred timezone from the drop-down lists. Tick the checkbox beside "I have read and agreed on the Terms and Condition" before clicking Submit.

    3. A successful registration will display the dialog box below.

  5. The registered email should receive a welcome letter. Follow the instructions to set up a new password and once done the customer can start using the Business Success Portal.

The process of registering an account and adding a user account for a company are the same.

Upon registration the system will check the Activation code (AC) if it has been used by a domain/company before. If you register an account with an existing AC, that account will be added to the existing company/domain.
