Objectives:

  • In order to allow users to customize target table in ServiceNow, in the ServiceNow Ticketing System Integration, ServiceNow table option will be unlocked in the default Trend Vision One Case Management profile.

    This feature requires users to update Trend Vision One connector to version 2.2.0 or above (ServiceNow Store).

  • For customers who have allowed Case Management to send tickets to ServiceNow in Case Management app, and need the tickets in ServiceNow Incidents table, make profile changes by selecting Incidents in ServiceNow table in Trend Vision One Case Management profile after accessing Third Party Integration > Trend Vision One for ServiceNow Ticketing System.
