  1. In the Trend Micro Email Security console, select Inbound Protection, under Connection Filtering, choose Sender Filter. Under Approved Senders, select an existing or add a new recipient group.

  2. Enter the email address that the phishing simulation tool uses to send emails. Wildcard expressions are accepted. See below for valid email address format.
