This tool is within PolicyServer Patch 1 Update 6 located in the following directory:

<download_directory>\TMEE_PolicyServer\Tools\Migrate Submitted Report\

The following files should be put in the same directory:

• MigrateSubmittedReport.exe
• MigrateSubmittedReport.exe.config

To use the tool, follow these steps:

1. Select the time range of reports by the "Time Submitted ". Default time range is for latest year. Date can be selected or edited, while time can be modified directly in the textedit.

   

2. Click Get Report to know how many reports are in the range.

   

3. Click Convert to migrate the reports from the "Get Report" with the "Time Submitted " range. The migration is for the submitted reports with Policy Server earlier than PolicyServer Patch 1 Update 6. For the submitted reports that were converted or are newly created (with PolicyServer Patch 1 Update 6), these reports will remain unchanged.
4. Re-launch MMC and check reports.
