Impact
- Downtime is expected to be less than 10 seconds within the maintenance period.
- Users will notice that active sessions for Private Access applications based on stateful protocols that maintain a persistent connection (such as RDP and SMB) will be closed. Users will need to explicitly re-establish any dropped connections.
- User sessions for Private Access applications utilizing stateless protocols (such as HTTP and HTTPS) are unlikely to experience any service interruptions. However, if a request is made during the brief period when the Private Access application is unavailable, retrying the request should resolve the issue.
