An unexpected increase in CPU usage of the Service Gateway appliance has been observed, and the SG-CTD is occupying most of the CPU resources. SG-CTD also keeps receiving failed responses when trying to retrieve the SO journals.
The root cause is that the CTD server of the SG-CTD did not monitor version changes correctly due to improper use of the Service Gateway agent SDK.
As a result, some agents may not receive the latest SO journals through the SG-CTD on the Service Gateway when the certificate expires.
