The behavior will be corrected on the following schedule:
On May 6, 2025, the new Trend Vision One Endpoint Security agent console will be disabled for endpoints with Worry-Free Services Security Agent and XES under a Worry-Free Services domain that has already been onboarded to Trend Vision One.
On May 19, 2025, a backend fix will disable the new Trend Vision One Endpoint Security agent console when a Worry-Free Services domain onboards to Trend Vision One.
The new Trend Vision One Endpoint Security console can also be disabled by turning off “Agent console” switch from the Trend Vision One Web Console under ENDPOINT SECURITY > Endpoint Security Policies > Console Settings:

Summary
On April 30, 2025, an update has been implemented to Trend Vision One Endpoint Security solutions.
This update introduced a new Trend Vision One Endpoint Security Agent User Interface (console), accessible from the system tray, providing improved sensor visibility and enhanced notification capabilities which are enabled by default on this date.
When an endpoint has both Endpoint Basecamp (XBC) and Endpoint Sensor for Windows (XES) enabled, the new Trend Vision One Endpoint Security Agent User Interface will be displayed on the system tray.
This behavior also occurs when Worry-Free Services domain is onboarded to Trend Vision One, and the managed Worry-Free Services Agent is installed alongside XBC and XES. An unexpected additional security agent appears, indicated by a new icon in the system tray:
