Suspicious Object Sync Error Code: 206
Customers have reported an “Out of sync” issue with the Suspicious Object sync on their TippingPoint SMS.
To confirm, log into the SMS Web GUI, and select the Administration tab. Select Connect to Trend Vision One. If there is an error message stating: “Error getting Suspicious Object journals from Trend Vision One. Status code: 206” please contact TippingPoint TAC support or open a support ticket in the Business Success Portal. The workaround does require TAC support to help the customer enable Service Mode on their SMS via the CLI.
A better option would be to upgrade to patch 1 on the 6.4 version of the TOS, or upgrade to the 6.5 version, which contains the fix.
