To integrate your Trend MDR cases with ServiceNow, follow these steps:

  1. To create a ticket profile, navigate to Third-Party Integration > Trend Vision One for ServiceNow Ticketing System and Select “MDR case” as the case type
  2. Then, navigate to XDR Threat Investigation > Managed Services > Cross-App Management and enable automatic creation of ServiceNow tickets when MDR cases are created, and select the MDR Case ticket profile to synchronize cases with ServiceNow
