Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Service Gateway Management app.
2. Select the Service Gateway you want to unregister and click Disconnect.
3. When the confirmation window appears, click Disconnect again to complete the unregister process.

   

   

4. After disconnecting, the Service Gateway will be removed from the TrendAI Vision One™ console. The backend will also deploy an unregister task to the Service Gateway that will make Service Gateway delete related configurations and data.
5. Reboot the Service Gateway.

Follow these steps if you would like to re-register the Service Gateway, or register to a different TrendAI Vision One™ account.

1. Log in to the new TrendAI Vision One™ account and navigate to the Service Gateway Management app.
2. Click +Download Virtual Appliance. The Service Gateway Virtual Appliance panel appears.
3. Copy the registration token.
4. Perform the register command at Service Gateway (appliance). Access the Service Gateway console or SSH using the Admin account.
