FAQ

  • Is there any additional configuration needed after purchasing credits for Agentic SIEM – Analytic Data Retention?
    • No action or configuration change is required. The current retention settings and period from your existing license will still remain after the old license expires. Once credits are purchased, they will be automatically allocated based on the set retention period.
    • If you would like to change or update your retention settings after renewing, you can do so from the Data Source and Log Management app. For more information, please refer to the Help Center article, Data sources and retention.
