Affected Connector Versions
Connectors that were upgraded to any of the following versions may experience this issue:
- 2.34.0.2079
- 2.35.0.2123
- 2.37.0.2062
Reproduction Steps
Below are steps to reproduce and verify the issue:
- Register a connector running a version earlier than 2.34.0.2079 (example: 2.34.1278).
- Upgrade the connector to one of the versions mentioned above. The connector will initially show as "Registered".
- After rebooting, the connector's status changes to "Unregistered".
Workaround
As a workaround, follow these steps:
- Re-register the connector by following the on-screen instructions in the Trend Vision One console. You can also use the
registerCLI command directly on the server.For more information, refer to this Online Help article: Private Access Connector CLI commands.
- Trend Vision One Portal will show two connectors with same information - one will show "Connected" and another one "Disconnected".
- The connector with the status "Disconnected" is the old connector information before the reboot. Delete this one.
