Issue Mitigation

TrendAI has completed the deployment of a backend recovery command to resolve the corrupted DLL issue impacting customers on the October release.

To minimize potential impacts, deployment for Apex One as a Service October Batch 2 & 3 were cancelled.

 
We recommend keeping agent updates disabled until the release of Apex One as a Service – November update. You can find the release schedule here.
