  • Host is installed and is pending migration with Deep Security Agent only.
 Duplicate Records: Two endpoint records are shown in Trend Vision One - Endpoint Inventory. In the "Protection Manager" column, one record is Deep Security while the other is Server & Workload Protection. The "Move Completed" hosts in Deep Security are not removed and the hosts' information is still synced to Trend Vision One. Remove the hosts from the Deep Security Manager console or upgrade Deep Security Manager to version 20.0.1081 or higher, which will stop sending "Move Completed" hosts to Trend Vision One.

 Wrong Protection Manager Value: One endpoint record is shown in Trend Vision One - Endpoint Inventory. The value in the "Protection Manager" column is still Deep Security.

  • With Trend Vision One Endpoint Security installed, the Endpoint GUID is synced among products. The system consolidates the data and merges duplicate entries, so there is only one endpoint record shown in Trend Vision One - Endpoint Inventory.
 Remove the hosts from Deep Security Manager console or upgrade the Deep Security Manager to version 20.0.1081 or higher, which will stop sending "Move Completed" hosts to Trend Vision One.
