Recently, some users discovered that certain agents in the Trend Vision One console did not update the credit package type after policy settings were changed. This occurred because the credit package type is recalculated only when the updated policy has been sent to the agent.

To ensure that the credit package type is updated correctly, the agent must be kept online throughout the process. Otherwise, the credit package type will pause updating until the next time that the agent is online.

 
This issue only applies to Server & Workload Protection (SWP).
