Due to a potential issue identified during internal testing, the May regular maintenance for Batches 2 and 3 has been temporarily suspended as a precaution. TrendAI will share an updated schedule as soon as it is finalized.

An issue has been identified that may cause policy deployment failures when the policy includes a password field.

Impact Scope

This issue impacts:

  • TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security (Standard Endpoint Protection) – Batch 1
  • Instances that have already received the May 2026 Build (14.0.0.20790)

Instances running on earlier builds are not affected.

Remediation Plan

Affected Batch 1 instances will receive an out-of-band maintenance update on May 20, 2026, which will address this issue.
