Users can ask AskAI to find quarantined emails by sender or subject and then take actions, such as restore, delete, or report as not a risk, without leaving the conversation, and all within the administrator’s existing quarantine permissions.

Skip notification for Pass actions suppresses alerts for detections that ultimately result in a Pass. With a single global setting, organizations can prevent unnecessary administrator and end-user notifications when no action was taken on an email or file, keeping inboxes focused on the alerts that genuinely require attention. This targeted control reduces unnecessary alerts without compromising visibility into meaningful security events.

DLP templates now support the EXCEPT operator for exception conditions

Data Loss Prevention (DLP) templates now support a new EXCEPT operator for exception conditions. DLP templates already combine match conditions using AND and OR logic. The EXCEPT operator lets administrators exclude specific expressions or keywords from a match. For example, a template can match a sensitive data pattern except when a particular keyword or expression is also present. This gives administrators finer control to reduce false positives, without building separate, more complex policies to carve out exceptions.
