Follow these steps:

1. Shut down the Domino server.
2. Open the notes.ini file. Then, in the ServerTasks section, remove these entries:
   • Tmmscan
   • Repscan
      

     Do not delete the entire ServerTasks line.
   Here are the other lines:
• ExtMgr_Addins=smlnred
• SMOutputlevel=2
• SMStopMail=0
• SMScanMem=value[kb]
• SMPatternCheck_Interval=value[minutes]
• SMRelay_User=xxxx

3. Delete the following files from the Domino executable directory found in \notes\ for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\ for R5/R6 & higher:

5. Delete the following files from the Domino data directory found in \notes\data\smln\au for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\Data\smln\au for R5/R6 & higher:

6. Delete the following files from the Domino data directory found in \notes\data\smln\scan engine for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\Data\smln\scan engine for R5/R6 & higher:
• TM_AntiSpam.[999]
• Vsapi.dll
• TM_Trend$SE.[999]
7. Delete the following folders:
   • \notes\data\smln\au for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\Data\smln\au for R5/R6 & higher.
   • \notes\data\smln\scan engine for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\Data\smln\scan engine for R5/R6 & higher.
   • \notes\data\SMTemp for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\Data\SMTemp for R5/R6 & higher.
   • \notes\data\SMTemp\DbTemp for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\Data\SMTemp\DbTemp for R5/R6 & higher.
   • \notes\data\SMTemp\MailTemp for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\Data\SMTemp\MailTemp for R5/R6 & higher.
   • \notes\data\SMTemp\PTemp for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\Data\SMTemp\PTemp for R5/R6 & higher.
   • \notes\data\SMTemp\RepTemp for R4 and \Lotus\Domino\Data\SMTemp\RepTemp for R5/R6 & higher.
