To resolve the issue:

  1. On the machine where TMMS server is installed, open Server Manager.
  2. Click Roles.
  3. Navigate to Web Server (IIS).
  4. Click Remove Role Services.
  5. Under Common HTTP Features, uncheck the WebDAV Publishing checkbox then click Remove.
  6. Wait for the uninstallation to finish.
  7. Restart the server to finish removing the WebDAV role.
  8. After the server restarts, deploy TMMS again on an iOS device and it should proceed.
