The URL displayed in the address bar is used for user identification and may indicate the following:
  • Missing A record on the Domain Name System (DNS) server
  • Incorrect or not updated A record
  • Other DNS or network-related problems
To resolve the issue, make sure there is an A record for IWSVA's hostname or FQDN on the DNS server.
