To do a manual scan:

  1. Log in to the TMRM console.
  2. Go to the Customers tab.
  3. Choose the customer using Worry Free Business Security Standard or Advanced (WFBS).
  4. On the left pane, click on the arrow besides All Productsto expand the network tree.

  5. Select and highlight WFBS.
  6. Go to Groups.
  7. Under the Groups tab, select the groups where you would like to perform a manual scan and then click Scan Now.

    The message below will be displayed once the command is sent.

    The selected group has been notified to perform a scan
