If IMSVA is managing multiple domains and a notification SMTP server is configured, the users from other managed domains will not receive EUQ digest notifications.
To resolve the issue, change the notification mail to 127.0.0.1:10026:
- Log in to the IMSVA web console.
- Go to Administration > Notifications > Delivery.
- Change the Server Name or IP address to 127.0.0.1 and SMTP Server Port to 10026.
- Click Save. You should now be able to receive EUQ digest reports in IMSVA.
