To add devices to the Scan Exclusions List:

  1. Log in to the Deep Security Manager (DSM) console.
  2. Double-click the protected virtual machine.
  3. Select Anti-Malware > General > Edit.

  4. Go to the Exclusions > Directory List checkbox, then select Newfrom the drop-down menu.

  5. A new window appears. On the Directory(s): (One directory per line) field, add the following:

    /mnt/no_scan_1/
    /mnt/no_scan_2/

    Also create these folders in Linux.

  6. Click OK and send the policy to the computer.
