To remove TMTDI driver from client:
- Unload the OfficeScan client to modify the registry entries.
- Edit registry on the client computer.
Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems.
- Prevent automatic recreation of the TMTDI driver registry key by changing the following registry key value from "0" to "1".
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\CurrentVersion\Misc\RmvTmTDI=1
- Remove the registry hive below:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\tmtdi
- Prevent automatic recreation of the TMTDI driver registry key by changing the following registry key value from "0" to "1".
- On the client computer, open the %programfiles(x86)\trend micro\officescan client\ofcscan.ini file.

Change the value of the following key from "0" to "1":
RmvTmTDI=1
- Save the edited ofcscan.ini file.
- Restart the computer.
After the reboot, the TMTDI driver will no longer be active. - Execute the following query service command to ensure the TMTDI driver is not running:
C:\Users\gleng>sc query tmtdi
