Impact on service

There will be two (2) hours downtime during the maintenance period. The following internal and external services will not be available during this time:

  • Customers will not be able to access Customer Licensing Portal (CLP).
  • Partners will not be able to access Licensing Management Platform (LMP).
  • Partners will not be able to access the Licensing Management Platform (LMP) API and Marketplace using AppDirect or Odin platforms.
  • Create customer will not work in Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM).
  • Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM) BP registration will not be accessible.
  • Create Co-Administrator account will not work in Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC).
  • Create Account will not work in Trend Micro TippingPoint Threat Management Center (TMC).
  • Customers will not be able to access Core Web Team (CWT) trial form.

Billing Reports enhancements

Licensing Management Platform has merged the "Usage Report" and "Billing Report" data for distributor accounts with access to the Billing > Billing Reports screen. You can manage all of your partners' usage reports and submit the reports directly to Trend Micro through use of a single screen.

 
Only certain regions and user account types have access to billing reports.
Billing Report Status widget

The Billing Report Status widget replaces the existing Usage Report Status widget for distributor accounts with access to the Billing > Billing Reports screen.
