For hosts that share the same IP address, it is recommended to use agent-initiated activation. Follow these steps:

1. Enable "Allow Agent-Initiated Activation" on the Administration->System Settings->Agents tab, and set the following:

   If a computer with the same name already exists: Re-activate the existing Computer

2. Reset the agent and activate it using agent-initiated activation by executing the following on the Administrator Command line:

   cd "\program files\trend micro\deep security agent"
   dsa_control -s0
   dsa_control -r
   dsa_control -a dsm://:4120/
