The issue occurs when there is an existing SMB session addressed to the target server and another connection attempt is made. The client OS is not allowed to create the same SMB session with multiple users.
To resolve the issue, disconnect existing connections by running the following command:
net use /delete *

The following error may show during the deployment of Trend Micro Safe Lock agents using the Remote Setup Tool:
Unable_to_Run - PROBLEM: Unable to copy files.
CAUSE: Unable to establish a file sharing connection. The endpoint cannot connect or store files because of a network problem. (Windows Error 1219).
SOLUTION: If this happens repeatedly, see the debug logs for details about the cause and take appropriate steps. Run the tool and try again.
