Trend Micro recommends performing the following steps to improve disk IO performance.
Open your browser and log in to iDRAC using the URL: https://IDRAC_IP, then go to Storage > Virtual Disks.
Go to the Virtual Disks tab then click Manage. The virtual disks and controller appears.
Select Virtual Disk Actions then choose Edit Policy: Disk Cache.
Choose Enabled then click Apply.
Check the job under job queue.
