If SMD version is lower than 3573, please disable the signature check during updates as a workaround:

  1. Add the "disablesecureupdate=1" parameter to the notes.ini file using this command in the Domino console:

    Set Configuration disablesecureupdate=1

  2. Try updating the engine or the pattern file.

If SMD version is 3573 or higher, please enable the signature check again:

  1. Change the "disablesecureupdate=0" parameter in the notes.ini file using this command in the Domino console:

    Set Configuration disablesecureupdate=0

  2. Try updating the engine or the pattern file.
