Customer and Service Impact:

Mail traffic will be unaffected and should continue as normal.

During the migration, the following features will be impacted while the maintenance is on-going:

• Administrator and End-user UI console will not be accessible and maintenance page will be displayed.
• OpenAPI will not be accessible.
• Actions from quarantine digest mail will not be able to operate.
• Remote Manager / Apex Central synchronization will be delayed.
• Directory Sync Tool synchronization will be delayed.
• Report/Syslog/Quarantine digest will be delayed.
