Due to performance issues caused by the All File Extension template, it has been decided that starting Apex One as a Service August Maintenance Schedule and Apex One (On-Premise) Patch 6, the following changes will be done to the All File Extension template used in Apex One Data Loss Prevention:

  • The All File Extension template will be removed for customers found not using this in any Apex One Data Loss Prevention Policy.

  • The All File Extension template will be moved to a Customized type for customers who are found to have the All File Extension template used in any Apex One Data Loss Prevention Policy.

Though not recommended, customers who do not have the All File Extension template but wish to have it available can submit a case with Trend Micro Technical Support for assistance.
