To change the password:
- Login to your Customer Licensing Portal.
- Click your user name at the top right corner of the web console and select My Account.

- Fill-up the information needed for the password change, then click Save.

Trend Micro recommends the use of a strong password for CLP. Strong passwords are composed of a combination of the following:- At least eight characters long
- Contains upper case (A-Z) and lower case (a-z) letters
- One or more numbers (0-9)
- One or more special characters/punctuations (!@#$%^&,.:;?)
- DOES NOT contain any personal information (e.g. birth date, family name, address, etc)
- Once done, there is a small banner saying that the password was saved successfully.
If you're resetting the password for Trend Micro Email Security (TMEMS), the account should be active and enabled. You will not be able to reset the password for a disabled account.
You may log on to the TMEMS administrator console then reset the account password.
