Summary

Beginning on January 31st, 2022, Trend Micro will no longer offer the "Free - Maximum 5 Protected Computers" license for Cloud One - Workload Security and Deep Security as a Service. Customers currently using this license option will need to transition to a supported payment option before March 15th, 2022 to avoid any potential interruption of service.

On January 31st, 2022, all customers with the "Free - Maximum 5 Protected Computers" license will be granted a 45-day free trial expiring March 15th, 2022. After expiry of the free trial, customers will no longer have access to use Cloud One and may lose access to threat pattern updates.

To maintain service, customers are encouraged to subscribe to a Pay-as-you-go billing option:
