The Mobile Device storage setting is set to "block" similar to this image:

• Apex One Device Control Settings (DLP Plugin deployed)

Steps on Enabling Mobile Device Charging

1. Stop the Apex One Master Service.
2. Go to Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Apex One\PCCSRV\Private\dlp.ini.

   

3. Copy the dlp.ini on another directory, then open it using Notepad or any text editor.
4. Add the values under the [Configure] section:

   

5. Save the file then replace the configuration file on the ...PCCSRV\Private directory.
6. Start the Apex One Master Service, then go to Agents > Agent Management > Select the agents with DLP and Device Control enabled.
7. Click Save to update the agent configuration and verify if the mobile device charges using the USB port.
