Summary

An error occurs when enabling On-premises Directory Connection feature in Service Gateway 2.0 page.

"An internal error has occurred. Please try again later. If the issue persists, contact your support provider."

When installing On-premises Directory Connection, it sends the URL https://portal.xdr.trendmicro.com/ui/sgi/api/v1/services/ads/install to the backend server. If the browser has enabled "Ad-Blocker add-ons", it will block this HTTP connection.

The following describes this issue. In this example, "Ad-Blocker add-ons" is installed and its name is "adguard".

1. Enable browser "develper tool" function to capture network traffic.

   

2. Verify that the response code is "500".

   

3. Check the HTTP response content.
