Summary

Group policy (GPO) implemented settings for Google Chrome Extensions are overridden when WRS module is enabled.

By default, Trend Micro Toolbar for Enterprise is installed on the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome\ExtensionInstallForcelist]

There will be a conflict if the user has configured Google Chrome's extension on user level [HKEY_CURRENT_USER]. This is due to Google Chrome's implementation where it would not load lower-priority configurations and would ignore other user configuration.
