This section describes how to add AD domains on the TMWS management console and synchronize users and groups in these domains from Azure AD to TMWS.

TMWS retrieves users and groups only in the domains whose name exists on TMWS, so make sure the domain names match exactly on TMWS and in Azure AD.

Login to the TMWS web console and inside Administration tab > Users & Authentication > Directory Services screen, click Add.
On the Add New Domain screen that appears, type a domain name in the Domain name field.
Click Save.
Repeat the above steps to add more AD domains as necessary.
Click Synchronize Users.
TMWS starts synchronizing users and groups in the AD domains configured here. A message will appear to confirm that the users and groups were synchronized successfully.
