When adding exceptions to Firewall policies in Apex One for network applications, only application paths from the local computer are allowed. Adding application paths from the network results in an error message. To resolve the issue and add network application paths to the Firewall exceptions list in Apex One:

1. Map the desired network folder containing the application path to a drive.
2. Once the network folder is mapped, the drive can then be added as an exception to the Firewall policies list.

Please note that shared folders are not currently supported by Apex One Firewall, and only mapped drives are accepted
