Email Alerts

The main way for customers to be notified of the alerts being sent by the MDR team will be through email notifications. The alerts will contain all the necessary information about the event detected, including the investigation carried out by the MDR team, as well as the recommendations to mitigate the event.

To ensure continuous investigation and communication, customers need to respond to the email alert sent to inform the MDR team of their progress on the recommended actions, until such time the detected event is mitigated.

Automated Phone Call Alerts

Coupled with the email alerts are the automated phone call alerts. These pre-recorded calls are triggered whenever an email alert has been sent to the customer, depending on the set configuration. TrendAI Vision One™ Mobile App

Customers can also receive phone notifications via the TrendAI Vision One Mobile App. The app is directly connected to the Case Management App in TrendAI Vision One, and will therefore notify of alerts being sent by MDR.

Simply go to the application store on your phone, and download the TrendAI Vision One Mobile App.
